So if you’re here I’m sure you know who I am and what I am about.  However, this site is dedicated to Crossfit, functional movements, and strength and conditioning.  My passion is helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.  I follow Rudy Nielsen’s http://outlawcoach.wordpress.com/ (the bearded wizard and owner of Outlaw Crossfit) programming and I believe that his programming is revolutionizing Crossfit programming.  I have been following his programming since Jan 2012 and have made changes to myself that I never thought possible.

This site will publish the workouts that Rudy sends out, but will also expand on them so everyone following the programming knows exactly what the movements are and how to perform them.  If you have any questions about any of the movements visit http://www.catalystathletics.com/exercises/ and type in the exercise/movement on the right hand side.

This blog has two main reasons for it’s creation;

The first reason, is for those people who I get to sweat with everyday to share their workout scores as well as learn about how to improve their lives through fitness.  This is just a simple one stop shop to share information and continue to grow as Crossfitters and health individuals.

The second reason, is a way to keep track of everyone’s progress.  It’s one thing to just keep a log/workout book, but you may lose it or eventually you will have to get a new one and I’m sure no one really keeps their old workout book for historical information.
